Exchange Policy: We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item (in terms of size/fittings), we would be happy to help you with exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.
Exchange eligibility: We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display setting, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc. We do only size exchange once for all orders, items once sold are not taken back.
Jikra Jaipur shall only entertain exchange requests for orders placed on our official website .
EXCHANGE PROCESS:
You can raise the exchange query/request here with in 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
An amount of 200 Rs. (per article) will be charged to process your exchange.
If you have received a damaged product or completely incorrect product, please contact us via mail (jikrajaipur@gmail.com) with 72 hours of delivery.
Please make an opening video for disputes.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment.
You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 24-48 working hours. Exchange product will be delivered within 10-12 business days.
Exchanges for size will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address: E-112, swarnkar colony, nehru nagar, rajasthan police academy , pani pech , jaipur, rajasthan , pincode-302016.
Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer you the ease of cancellation of your COD orders before dispatching. Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
To request cancellation, please email us at jikrajaipur@gmail.com We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc.Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
REFUND POLICY
Jikra Jaipur does not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We do offer a size exchange option for purchased items. You may refer to the same under ‘Exchange & Cancelation Policy’ on our website.
